Your role is to be the people pleaser; that person who every client comes to with a question.  Being the customer satisfaction master is your bread and butter. You’re the first and last person the clients see during their stay in camp.  The first impression is what shapes every client’s experience at Redrock. Always be actively involved in our safety culture to ensure a safe working environment for everyone in camp.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead toolbox meeting with housekeeping staff
  • Report to and coordinate with Camp Manager to manage dorm cleaning schedule
  • Assist clients with check-in and check-out
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping Supervisor to create daily dorm cleaning schedule
  • Compile daily reports for grocery and linen orders, maintenance, safety meetings, and client reservations
  • Report all client concerns to Camp Manager
  • Camp commissary duties ensure excellent customer service for clients
