Camp First Cook


You are the chef of our Redrock kitchen so you represent Redrock on the plates of every client. It's your job to produce high quality food that is fresh and delicious.  Having a Journeyman or Red Seal certificate is considered an asset.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the kitchen and communicate with Redrock Managers

  • Keep up to date and accurate inventory counts and stay on budget when ordering food

  • Prepare a meals that are nutritious and tasty every day

  • Perform weekly inventory of food and cleaning supplies

  • Keep your kitchen clean and make safety and cleanliness your highest priority

  • Complete daily tracking of meals

  • Food Safety training and certificate
