Camp Manager

Purpose:

You represent Redrock in the field and your job is to make sure that every part of camp life runs smoothly.

Key Accountabilities:

- To be organized and systematic

- To foster teamwork in camp and to enforce the rules because they make life easier for all

- To report to the Redrock Manager daily and to provide paperwork on operations to head office weekly

- To ensure that Redrock is providing a positive experience for all clients with high quality food

- Check clients in and out efficiently

- Plan and coordinate safety meetings 

- Be a problem solver and a resource for Redrock camp staff to turn to
