Second Cook

Purpose:

Your preparation and presentation of food paints a picture of Redrock's high quality food service. It is your job to assist the 1st Cook.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist the 1st Cook with preparing healthy, fresh food every day

  • Ensure lots of variety with your salads, fruits, vegetables, sandwiches and snacks

  • Make cleanliness and safety a priority and do your part to keep our operations clean and organized

  • Perform weekly inventory of food and cleaning supplies
