You are there to assist the 1st Cook or Night Baker/Breakfast Cook to ensure that things in the kitchen run smoothly. It is your job to clean the dishes, stock shelves, prepare food and keep the kitchen looking spotless.
- General kitchen help, including cleaning dishes, preparing food, stocking shelves and tidying the kitchen/diner area
- Helping serve breakfast and prepare sandwiches
- Tidy, prepare and re-stock necessary items in the dining area during and after meals
- Unload grocery orders
- Note: Due to the remoteness of our camps and the requirements of our clients, all staff must be 18 years of age or older.
